Apprenticeship Program
Gain Experience + Get Paid
Looking to grow your resume or experience? EMC offers paid summer internships within our business for current college students, and paid opportunities for apprentices.
Apprenticeship Schools
We partner with ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) - Richmond, VA. Enrollment is once a year.
Schedule & Programs
Schedule varies by trade, but class is typically one day a week and you will be paid for that time. Included programs are:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Sheet Metal
Benefits of Completion & Cost
Evaluations are conducted at the end of each semester for pay raise eligibility.
EMC will cover the full cost of tuition* if the employee maintains a “C” or higher and attends all of their classes. Plus, covers the cost of ALL books.
Classes cost approx. $550 per semester without company assistance.
